You are arguing that not everyone who calls themselves ‘Anglican’ are affiliated with Canterbury. That’s not exactly a controversial statement. I would argue everyone who is a faithful Anglican is affiliated with Canturbury and with ECUSA, which is the official body in America.
I don’t have time to qualify my statement to take into account what all the other groups may or may not believe. That’s your job to point out that those groups that are not affiliated with Canturbury adhere to these teachings.
