I just returned from overseas and went through Customs in Houston. There were 2 int’l flights that unloaded abouty the same time.

There were 4 customs agents to check over 600 people. 1 1/2 hours later, we went through the quick question & answer session that didnt accomplish anything but annoy everyone.

Had a 2 minute Customs delay when I arrived in France.

These days, there are parts of the world that should be no-go areas for cruise ships.

I’ve never gone by cruise ship — can anyone who has been on one of these tell me what is the allure? To me it seems kind of boring — you are on a floating hotel with lots of food, but you don’t see much, you don’t experience the sea much (if the boat is big, it may not even be too affected by the waves), etc. —> again, those are just my looking from the outside, I would really like to know the views of some folks who have been on a cruise ship and liked it.
