Actually, it does make sense, for there was a strong church presence at that time. And people met congregationally all the time.

It varies. Some meet in homes. Some in temporary digs that they have to set up every week. Some in huge mega-churches. Some in bars and restaurants even. Kinda like the first believers. Fortunately, we don’t have to hide out in this country. Yet.
