I disagree, or Paul would have mentioned it in Romans 11. Instead, he says the opposite. I believe you and Paul should have a conversation about this and sort it out together.

He calls Christ the "seed" to whom the promise was fulfilled, not Abraham's biological descendents.
It is not temporal land which is the fulfillment of the promise, but the eternal new Heavens and Earth which CHRIST has inheritd (and by adoption believers from all nations who are in Him).
