Our State Religion is the State, in all its materialistic, communist, anti-theist, environmentalist, pleasure seeking and responsibility evading glory. It most certainly does tax the citizens, and indoctrinates their children in state-owned and state-operated brainwashing centers.

Pity you don't understand that. The generically least-common-denominator protestant state religion has been supplanted by worship of the State Itself.
