I can do a few other foods if I only do a mouthful or two at a time, not too often.
It’s been enough to break the monotony of the continual chicken and oats.
My cholesterol numbers are phenomenal.

So glad to hear that you are able to add a little variety in every now and again. That has to help a lot, to be able to have even a small treat on occasion.
