Lourdes is worthy of belief, but there is no reason that magnificent miracles of the previous scale needs to appear there now as opposed to when it was a fresh apparition and God was using it to advance the faith.

Your post seems to be saying that ongoing devotion at the shrine of Lourdes does not presently "advance the faith." That does not make any sense to me. Indeed, there is no reason that magnificent miracles of the previous scale need to appear there now, but there was no absolute requirement for that in the first place, either. God need not have worked through an apparition at Lourdes, or anywhere else.
