It would get out....You could not keep that a secret it would be leaked....
And.. here’s the other option..
Whatever agreement it is.. people will think it’s so wonderful they won’t care that it’s 7 years.
The agreement will stop something seriously bad and people will be willing to take whatever in order to get it stopped.
Maybe a nuclear war?
