No, it's part of exposing a vile agenda.
The DA exposed the vile agenda of the RCC. A part of - yes, it's been ongoing. The RCC is now being FORCED into doing something they wouldn't do on their own. That's vile, also, not wanting to do the right thing and exposing children to the rapists they harbor.
