Thank you for your kind reply. The assumption is incorrect. I am a mere mortal and sinner, and a student of many religious instructions and doctrines. It is my sincere hope that each person finds their own way to the truth and the light, which I believe to be our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Those children of God that have come before and shall certainly come after us, I believe will be blessed and enriched with their lives.
With regards to the people here that desire conflict and confrontation- please seek another target. I have read all of the information posted. Thank you for your time and effort! Hopefully there will be people that benefit from your diligence.
It is wonderful that you have found and espouse your true conviction. What of the many that have come before us?

Elder Bruce R. McConkie (191585) has explained. . . Well then, that settles it. McConkie and is writings are acceptable sources of mormon doctrine then.

"The devil knows where to tempt, where to put in his telling blows. He finds the vulnerable spot."Just as the devil tempted in the Garden of Eden, the devil tempts mormons with the promise of becoming gods.

After rereading this post, I find it interesting how disparaging against Joseph Smith it is.
Giving up sin one must replace it with “good”, poor old JS, he never gave anything up and continued his evil ways: theft, lying, stealing, adultery, drinking, shystering, flim flaming, plotting to over through the US government, pedophilia.....finally an lds post the describes JS for who he truly was - evil!

Parsimonious Defrauder posts these threads in his/her/its obsessive drive to appear Christian. On her/his/its way to godhood, for some reason these Mormons have a deep need for someone to affirm a false assertion for them, to make them feel okay ... but Momronism is not Christianity. Never has been--and the founders would have been agast to be called 'Christians' in their day--and never will be, because the god of Mormonism and the jesus of Mormonism are not the God and Jesus found in the Bible.
You would think that PD and other LDS sycophants would get a clue when professing atheists and militant agnostics rush to defend their blasphemies and demonic assertions. But, alas, members caught in a cult are not able to discern whom is their boss, their director, their father ... the father of lies, a murderer from the start. One big clue regarding their blindness is found when they make the assertion that Joe Smith was instructed by Jesus and God the Father in the forest ... even satan cannot get away with saying he is God or Jesus, yet these poor deluded Mormons will assert that whom spoke to Joe was God and Jesus.
And now, the catbox needs scooped again, so I have better things to do than read the demonic swill offered by a parsimonious defgrauder or his/her/its buds-in-blasphemies.

Stop using the nickname "Parsimonious Defrauder" - it is "making it personal."
Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.

I am sensing a retread. Re-tread or tread; it mattereth not.
As long as the Truth of the Bible is shown and the Lies of MORMONism are exposed; the WORK will go on...

I guess you'll just have to use the NON-personal desciptor when refering to his ACTIONS;
but use
