The issue isn't whether it is available to everyone. The issue is whether we would "freely" accept it by our own choice. As we read in the text, the wisdom of God is folly to those who are perishing. People do not accept things that they consider folly. The Son must set us free to hear and accept the wisdom of God.
Mar 4:12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
This is a rather weird saying of our Lord for someone who desires that everyone understand and come to a saving knowledge of God. On the contrary, our Lord is saying just the opposite. Our hearts are hardened and rebellious against God. It is no different then the hardening of the hearts of the Jews that Paul talks about.
Mar 6:2 And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?
See, they heard and they saw but they couldn't even understand how our Lord could do His miracles.
We don't come to Christ. Christ comes to us calling us to be fishers of men.

Christ calls to all individually. Only some accept His overtures — and they do so by their choice. If Christ does not seek all, then He has already forsaken some that will never have the opportunity to know or follow Him.

You are exactly in accordance with the teaching of the Bible.
Ephesians 2:8 8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faithand this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God 9not by works, so that no one can boast.
We do not choose to believe, the Holy Spirit brings us to faith. Our salvation is solely completed through Christ.
