However I really didn't, and don't know what YOPIO* stands for. I actually googled it using keywords

define YOPIO

and

acronym YOPIO

and didn't find anything.

I am not quite clear that it refers to non-members, either, since --- if that's what YOPIO* means--- it would refer to any person inordinately attached to private opinion; it would not be a denominational tag.

So any denominational slur on my part was inadvertent. I am sorry.

YOPIO is usually finished YOPIOS and stands for “your own personal interpretation of Scripture” which is a pejorative for Protestants, i.e. non-members of this caucus.
