Another thing I'd like is for folks to be honest and admit that the Church is cleaning out the filth, even if it is going slower than some of us wish.

I'd say 2,000 years is a bit slow myself.

It'd be nice if the Catholics would be honest and admit that the alleged cleaning up filth isn't happening. And the few instances where it may be is not because of some sort of integrity on the church's part, but rather because it's been exposed outside the Catholic church and they're been FORCED to deal with it as damage control.
