Proving fraud to a court of secular law standard would be the problem ... and testimonies like Delph makes are not EVEN evidence, even if you swore him in.

Exactly. There are people who have tried and lost. It was one of the first topics we discussed when MrR was a 1L (first year law student) taking Torts.
