James...Logically, when somebody accuses another of being "holier than thou," they are appealing to a certain standard. I guess you could sum up that standard as "Thou shalt not holier than thou -- or come across that way."
The problem is, once they've made this into an 11th Commandment in their mind, and they quote it at you...like KevinDavis did...

Very true. Also it shows they’ve lost whatever argument they put forth. Rather than refute the evidence they attack the person because they have no response. Which in any debate you loose.
