I'm sure it was a typo, and you meant Acts 19:12. But I believe you have made a fundamental mistake by taking he verse out of context. Paul did not do the healing. GOD DID!

God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them. ACTS 19:11-12
