Please not comments 33 & 34 carefully.

You can't work something out you don't already have. If you have it, you have it. You make the best of it. Working it out and maintaining it are two different issues. Working it out means there is going to be some battles, there is going to take some effort on my part to resist temptation and overcome by His grace. He is the one who maintains me by His righteousness. I'm to walk in the abundant life He has given me. As a matter of fact, coming to the understanding that salvation is a gift that cannot be earned nor maintained by works is part of "working it out." I pray you'll get it worked out.

Wrong. At math class in school, you often had to “work out” the answer to a problem, and show your work. You did not have the answer, but you know how to get there. If you a dent in the car, the body shop has to “work out” the dent to give you an un-dented car.

So, your basic premise is wrong. You must work out something you do not have.

You can also get the wrong answer if you ignore the facts you don’t like or simply don’t understand.

I read your posts, and while these little word games are interesting, they don’t get to the fact that you have to ignore Scripture to believe what you believe.
