And Judas was never saved!
Yes he can, and is able. It doesn't say He will keep all from falling.

No Christ does not lie. I just do not know with certainty all those given to Christ.
Again, Paul was uncertain of his own salvation, and wrote that God might deliver us , according to what they have done.”, by persistence in doing good, if we endure, while ‘working out my salvation in fear and trembling’
