Of course. But prophetic does not mean literalistic. You imagine it is still far in the future because you apply an unjustified literalistic hermeneutical system to the passage.

Its also apparent that the literalistic system doesnt solve your problem because literalists have been reinterpreting the Bible for decades. Every time a new end-times player arrives on the scene, the Bible gets reinvented.
There more to the Bible than Isaiah 17. I dont accept your approach since it is not taught in the Bible.
