It’s always interesting to ask, especially of what it says in Hebrews regarding the blood of bulls and goats, why God would need to reestablish animal sacrifice. My best friend and pastor, who is a dispensational, tells me it’s as a “memorial”.

Of course, he will also preach, correctly, that the animal sacrifices under the Old Covenant were a type fulfilled in Christ, the ultimate anti-type.

Maybe if they were to read the text instead of the notes in their Dake’s and Schofield’s ...

We already have a memorial of Christ’s finished work. It’s called the Lord’s Supper. "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." Ask him why we need another. Of course I know what he’ll say; the Lord’s Supper is just for the Church; which will be raptured away. Dispensationalism is one error built upon another.
