Blessed is not sinless it is blessed.. All the Jewish girls wanted to be the mother of Israels savior.. so she was blessed by the honor.. The blesser is sinless not the blessed ... Yes, Mary was blessed. She was fortunate and happy and well off.

But she was not sinless and not always a virgin.
