God from all eternity, did, by the most wise and holy counsel of His own will, freely, and unchangeably ordain whatsoever comes to pass;[1] yet so, as thereby neither is God the author of sin,[2] nor is violence offered to the will of the creatures; nor is the liberty or contingency of second causes taken away, but rather established.[3] It is an interesting question. God did create Satan knowing all the evil Satan would do.

God most certainly did not create Satan’s evil ways as an evil thing to plague the human race, as you incorrectly suppose. Satan was originally created with all beauty, but Satan was puffed up with pride and sinned. The same sort of pride that the Roman church posseses in their claim to only have all the truth of Christ. Wrong presupposition! In Christ Grace Believers and Calvinist believers have the correct Biblical teaching directly by the Holy Ghost/Spirit. Not by presuppositions of the traditions of men, which Christ Jesus warned against, and Rome continues to ignore.

And God created man knowing that he would fall from His grace. Angels and men both fell but each in their different ways. The fall of the angels and the fall of man seems to be entwined somehow but there is little scripture given on the matter.
