Oh, dear. I’ve grown cauliflower and brocolli, with limited success, but never cabbage. Are they just all leaf, like romaine lettuce?

I had a GREAT year for non-heading cabbage relatives: fabulous collards, really good Swiss chard, tender tasty Bok choy, and now I'm looking at eating my broccoli leaves, since I planted them to late to head up and now they're frost-threatened.

Man, that Bok choy is good.
