Show us where there were Baptists or Methodists or Anabaptists or any religious torture and murder in the protestant colonies and I will present you with the work of Rome in England and Scotland under dear Mary, and the inquisition in Europe.... people in glass houses need to keep their hands in their pockets Yeah, yeah. The argument is not that American religious figures were pure, it's just that they were more pure than the hated Catholics. I will ask my friend Mr. Rogers if he has a pertinent web site which pertains to Baptist persecution in the America of the Reformation.

(I would not believe in the Gospel if the authority of the Catholic Church did not move me to do so..)

Mark YOU leveled the accusation that the protestants ..specifically Calvinists tortured and murdered baptists and Quakers in the American colonies
The burden of proof is on you ... We never claimed any purity of our own .. we are the ones that believe in Total depravity remember?

So you made a statement about Protestants killing and torturing others until the federal government stepped in and put a stop to it that you couldn't even back up yourself?
