How many times do you believe the words of Jesus were misunderstood, even by the Apostles? How many times did you consider that perhaps he never uttered those words?

How many times did you consider that perhaps he never uttered those words? I have considered it, questioned it, denied it, and, finally, decided to accept Scripture as sufficiently accurate. Perhaps that is why I make no claim to Christian orthodoxy.
