God is not mysterious to me. Nor is Jesus. What do you find mysterious?

I will take a part in this discussion just as far as the mystery is concerned, when i was about 30 years old i made a comment that Jesus Christ was nothing more than a hippie of his day,
when some one ask me if i had ever read the Bible, i said no but i have seen the pictures of a man or woman, i can,t tell, just a slur.

For some reason i started reading the Bible just to prove my point, i found that i was not only wrong, but dead wrong.

The only thing i knew of Christ or of any part of the Bible was a few stupid pictures.

Needless to say Christ became my lord in a short time.

We can not rely on some ones pictures, we can not rely on dreams or some one else,s visions, its all in Christs words.

Well i did not mean to go so far but the point is why did i say something like that? because it was against my nature to say a thing like that whether i believed it or not, and that was 45 years ago.

And it is still a mystery to me, my only thought is that God truly does work in mysterious ways.

Frankly I don't think that's true. God gave us a blueprint...it's not all that hard to follow...if you study His Word.
