You argued that the decisions striking down such laws were incorrect, thus one must assume that IDEALLY you would prefer that they were NOT struck down and/or reinstated.

You may have pragmatic and realistic reasons to not openly advocate such, but the inescapable conclusion from your legal analysis (and appeal to consequences) is that you are against the legality of birth control.

Now assuming that for pragmatic reasons you are NOT advocating the illegality of birth control, how are you going to convince 75% of Americans that what they do in their bedroom is “evil” and that they should knock it off?
