Judith, I don’t care what you think of my preaching, I care that you take your beliefs to the Word of God, the only standard, to “test the spirits, my beloved”.

You and I are called as Christians to be Bereans, and to test all things by the eternal Word of God, who was God and who was with God, and that eternal Word that became Flesh and... dwelt among us. That same word that “will never pass away, though heaven and earth will pass away”!

Test it by the Word, all this stuff about Mary. She was blessed of women, of course, and chosen by God for her assignment, but she is not to be venerated, prayed to, or made an icon of anything other than fallen humanity — same as you and me.

Bless you. I am a sick sinner saved by grace, check out what I have said by the Word so you know your foundation in God is sure.

Guess what, Sunday, I don’t agree with you. I am Catholic. You have no religious authority over me. You do not command me in any way. I have already seen plenty of “reformed” and rejected their bizarre beliefs. Decades ago, I became Catholic and have no disposition to hear more of the claptrap tossed about by all the thousands of prottie personality cults and storefront “cathedrals.”

No offense is intended, but anyone who gets bossy with me is likely to get an unpleasant response.
