Much of this is in the Oral Torah. You need to study Rashi's commentary or perhaps purchase this book.

What I meant by certain Jews is that I thought they were names that had a particular meaning,like the names Cohen and Levy. I know that the Cohenim have a certain role,as do the Levites. I hope that makes more sense.

I feel foolish now that I know those were numbers and not a particular type of Jew. I’m slowly learning Hebrew and I’m not familiar with the numbers quite yet.
