This is offensive, stupid, and reveals blind hatred and ignorance. I am appalled that anyone at FR could be this stupidly dangerous. The quality of FR posters must be seriously declining.

Presbyterianism is just not in his (white) blood ~ I know ~ he's a close enough relative that he and I share pretty much the same crowd of ancestors who were here in America over 300 years ago.
One thing I've noticed is that there are NO Presbyterians in the crowd ~ maybe some of the cousins transferred, but the closest you can come to it would be Christian Church membership.
When it comes to Lutherans, Catholics, Methodists, Episcopals, Baptists, and even white preachers in AME churches (surprised me, too, when I found that, but it was common in the 1800s), there are a bunch of them ~ but NOT Presbyterians.
I think it's an ethnic thing!
(It's also a mystery ~ but even the Scots in the line were NOT Presbyterians).

And yet, it was posted on this forum. NOTHING about the manner in which it was posted surprises me. Cut-and-paste from the source usually helps to avoid surprises. Thanks for confirming that it works.

The recipe for satire needs to contain at least a pinch of clever, or else the product cooked up is just plain lame

Oh, it certainly “works” ... it’s very revelatory.

Your ignorance of Catholicism is staggering.
obama and his communist dogma is counter to everything the Catholic church stands for.
Perhaps he was put in the Catholic school as a child because it was simply a better education than the public schools in the area, just like here in the good old US of A.
To: Alex Murphy
Only you would post this drivel.

Prove that he’s not a deranged follower John Gresham Machen. Show his certificate of non-membership in the Machenite Cult.

Isn’t the use of deranged a bit superfluous?

Gee, aside from his
extremist views against the sanctity of life,
having no record of attending Mass on American soil,
complete absence of participation in any Catholic sacrament, and
attendence at a Protestant church for 20 years
he certainly looks like a Catholic. Does the author think that David Duke is a Catholic too?

A Catholic who agitates for newborn babies to be left to die?
Well, I suppose we have a few “Catholics” in our leadership who feel the same way.
Obviously, though, they are not true Roman Catholics.

Hey, I heard over at the Shriner's Temple that the Knights Templar are planning a new crusade to Jerusalem and have installed Obama to open the gates to Muslim East Jerusalem. They have been planning this since they found Obama in Africa and sent him to Hawaii just long enough to qualify to be President then they sent him to Indonesia to learn the way of the Muslim so he could sneak in to East Jerusalem. The current talks in Washington are just a cover for Obama’s negotiations with Abbas for an invite to East Jerusalem where Obama will have Rahm Emmanuel sneak into the Dome of the Rock and down the secret stairs with the with the map the Knights Templar gave him. Rahm is really a high ranking rabbi and destined to find the Arc of the Covenant in the first Temple. With the power of the Arc, as described in Raiders of the Lost Arc, The Knights and Obama will be able to rule the world. Bhahhhahahaha

First of all, why would it be troubling if he were a Catholic?
Second, his outward views and policies are the antithesis of Catholicism, especially abortion.
Third, sound likes someone has a hugh anti-Catholic bias.

it’s a unique form of Catholicism that leads a man to not only see abortion as a compassionate act that prevents women from being punished with a child...
but also leads him to vote twice against the “Born Alive
Protection Act”

Note the implications of the headline. That Zero might be hiding something (moslem) about his religion or beliefs isn't "troubling" ... but that he "might" be Catholic?
That's "troubling".
At least, it's "troubling" to leftist idiots ... and perhaps also troubling to those who publish the deranged scribblings of leftist idiots.
BTW, leftist idiot presstitutes speak a weird language ... do normal people describe things as "troubling"? When was the last time you heard that word in normal conversation?
