Among other things, she recommended the use of the type of wheat called “spelt,” and said it was especially nourishing.
Also, she advised adding a little water to wine in order, as she put it, to “humanize” it, and make it more gentle on the body and easier to assimilate it’s helpful qualitites, as well as minimize it’s harmful effects.
