Why are you so threatened? If a Christian is secure in his/her own faith then they have nothing to gain by evangelizing their beliefs.

If they don’t they sure act like it 6 days out of the week and all holy on Sunday.

My friend said the one thing she learned from the baptist church is how to dress well. That’s saying something bout religion.

I’m trying to work out this relationship.

Give me some links to Beck quotes or something or you want me to continue depending on your word.

I guess the question would be, assuming your premise to be true, where are the Protestant leaders starting rallies and trying to save the soul of American citizens? Are they in their pulpit, preaching to their flock? Why are they not preaching to the unconverted? Why are they not having rallies in Washington?

If Beck is leading the religious movement in America, and if he is doing it to further Mormonism, then where are the Protestants...and Catholics for that matter? I guess they should be ashamed.

Well, Baptists also believe that Christ died on the cross for them. So what’s the problem?

"If a Christian is secure in his/her own faith then they have nothing to gain by evangelizing their beliefs."

Excepting the fact that Jesus Christ commanded it of us....

Matthew 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost

Proverbs 11:30
¶The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

So by Glenn Beck not attacking Protestants or Catholics, he is the one who is guilty of division within the ranks of Christianity? The only people being divisive on the rally are the ones who are saying it was pointless because he is a Mormon.

And reading these comments makes one realize just how easy it will be for the Antichrist to fool people.

Actually, I think the Antichrist and his father thrive in a world of hatred and abhorrence of others.

Why does it upset you so that someone has a different religion than you do?

Can't you believe what you believe and allow others the freedom to do likewise. This is not directed at you but to everyone critical of another person's relationship with God. We will all be judged in the end.

Luke 6:37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.

Some here are locked in a battle that does not allow them to come together with ANYONE who disagrees with their world view.
Sad.

Yes you said that already. I asked for Beck’s quotes and as it says in the mouth of two or three witnesses let every word be established.

How bout you how did you accept Christ? and how did He change your life?

Is it by God’s might or man’s might that this country will be saved?

Revival in the hearts of people will save this nation - nothing else will. God’s preacher’s, pastor’s, minister’s and priest’s are leading the revival. Glenn isn’t.

Why are they not having rallies in Washington?

What do you think would happen if Gospel preachers stood up in Washing DC and starting telling people that they should repent and trust Jesus Christ alone for their salvation?

The question you are ignoring is whether or not you believe that you and Glenn Beck worship the same Jesus.

Do you? Because his Jesus us the brother of Satan.

What you say as concerns the Catholic Church and the LDS is true, their understanding of the Trinity isn’t the historic Christian understanding.

“Mormonism is unique because it wants to pose as Christian, when it is really a new, unique religion of it’s own.”

The LDS is the biggest of these types of religions, but there are many who claim the title “Christian” who reject the Trinity but aren’t LDS. Just look at the religion forum around Easter, or those who claim that there is no trace of the Trinity in the bible.

That said, I like Glenn Beck, I think he is bad for liberals. Although Flapp Jackson in the Morning this Morning is a better radio DJ.

Personally, I can join up with any conservative over political issues. But I ain’t joining up with no Muslim or Mormon over religious issues. Y’all go on and join up with ‘em. I’m sitting the fake revival out.

A form of godliness but no power. They (the church we attended) believed in works and no grace.

I believe you are the one missing the point. You advocate not praying with Mormons. Will you pray with a Jew?

I am a Roman Catholic and growing up in the 50’s and 60’s I had many neighbor kids (Protestants... mainly Baptist) tell me and my siblings that we were NOT Christians because Catholics were heathens that worshiped saints like Cleopatra. Ignorance is bliss for some.
