I have been disgusted by my fellow Catholics for a long time.

Jesus was NOT a socialist, but the “social justice” types in the Church have taken over.

There are a lot of “social justice” Catholics among the clergy, and they dominate the Catholic schools and the charitable organizations. Under Paul Vi the “AM church” was in virtual schism. John Paul managed to turn things around to a degree and Benedict is now continuing his work, but the liberals are still around in large numbers, trying to mask their infidelity as best they can.

With what has become of the Catholic Church, it’s hard to attend and participate in the church and still feel “Catholic”! To paraphrase...I didn’t leave the Catholic Faith - the Catholic Church left me!

It has been difficult to watch the liberal elements have a field day in the American Catholic Church, but I believe the pendulum is swinging back and, in our lifetime, you will see a more traditional, orthodox Church again.

This is a time of purification for our Church. In a way, we are blessed because we have the chance to stay faithful in a time when it is very difficult. Persevere until the end. We are journeying together on the Way of the Cross!
