“Faith is a gift from God.” Except no scripture says that

Rom 10:17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.

Rom 12:3 For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.

1Co 12:9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

2Th 3:2 and that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men. For not all have faith. Note: Not everyone has faith

Heb 12:2 looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

I'm not sure how many verses you want. The question you should be asking yourself is one that I asked myself, "Why would I not want to give God the glory for my faith?"
