Haven't you heard? The Spanish Inquisition wasn't anywhere near as bad as the folks who went through it wrote about.Plus, you simple people misinterpret what they wrote...WE can tell you what they really meant...

I don't know what's going on on the other side here, but something is. People are coming very close to denying beliefs that they clearly had as far as Mary is concerned. I would love to know ‘why’. I will say one thing for annalex. He never changes his beliefs, and will stand strong in defense of them. At least you know where he stands. It would be great news if people were finally getting it. But it seems more like people are diluting their words. Are is that DELUDING?

"And you knew an eyewitness to the Baptism of John Wayne." I suppose I should be flattered. Not only do you misquote Scripture and the Catechism, but you misquote me. I'm in very good company.
I did not witness the baptism of John Wayne, but did know a man who did.

Hey Proddys . . . Yet again we have a vivid demonstration . . . Not only do they not know when to stop digging . . . they don't seem able to even read their own posts! LOL. Maybe it's related to that incapacity to discern or respect truth . . . Or maybe it's related to the incapacity to apologize.

...the baptism of John Wayne...I mean, REALLY?.. lol! It's almost like a Stuckey's Stop on the road to salvation..Big sunglasses, a malt, and the continuing saga of John Wayne's baptism.
Anything but conversations about the gospel of the grace of God. ANYTHING but that..

IF I feel up to it, I hope to highlight the blasphemous, idolatrous, heretical and fantasy parts of the first 50 paragraphs and intro of that document from:
http://www.ewtn.com/library/montfort/truedevo.htm
They look about as dreadful as the Ferraro book.

I was 34..I have a former Catholic friend that was 54 ... I bet you thank God He put that person in your life. I only asked because in my experience very few RC's know it when they are still in that church.
When you learn it and begin to understand the enormity of it the millstone on your shoulders just falls off.

Having been born in raised in various Protestant denominations and converting to Catholicism late in life, your post is both nonsensical and humorous to me.

...just read on a thread the Hartford Mayor has now invited Islamic Imans to pray before their session begins....even though they never prayed before a meeting in the past...go figure...leave a void something else will always fill it and it will never ever be what you thought . We see the prince of this world at work.

I’m just curious as to why there must always be a female ‘queen of heaven’ in all ‘religions’. She is always there. It’s almost without her, the religion lacks a heart. Only the female can give the ‘love’ necessary for the adoration of the faithful. I am just not certain as to why, but she is ALWAYS there.

I don't know what's going on on the other side here, but something is. People are coming very close to denying beliefs that they clearly had as far as Mary is concerned. I would love to know why. It might be as simple as they don't know what they've been told they must believe and aren't sure. It's kinda of tough when books supported by their church are posted revealing the heresy of the Marian believers.
I will say one thing for annalex. He never changes his beliefs,...
Maybe it's as simple as he knows what he's been told he must believe.
