I feel very fortunate to never have a migraine anymore, unless I eat corn. Corn is hard to avoid because it is in so many things. Unfortunately the allergies to other things have continued to increase. I have many drug allergies and that disturbs me because someday I may need something to keep me alive and I won't be able to take it. Luckily I am extremely healthy for a 70 year old and I have asked the Lord to take me quickly when he is ready for me. My prayers for your health and comfort.

Going quickly isn’t the issue. What I’m thinking I’m facing is not quick and not welcome.

And in the meantime, feel awful almost constantly.

The better I eat, the worse I feel.
