Dear Metmom, you have my most sincere prayers. As a life long allergic I can begin to understand your problem. I have NEVER been to the point that you are and have been tested but never to the extent that you have been.
I remember something my allergist said when I continued to wake up at 3 am with a screaming migraine. Allergy tests said I was barely sensitive to a certain food but after it was digested I was more allergic. They could not test for the affect it had on me after it was digested.
That is when I had to stop eating chocolate and corn because those were the offending foods. Other foods that I showed a slight allergy to could be eaten without consequence, such as beef and eggs.
Allergies are a strange and terrible problem and my prayers are with you in your quest to regain your health.
There are allergic responses which I am grateful to have never experienced, migraines being one of them. My heart goes out to you.
