I am not familiar with them...nor about that happening...assuming it was a meeting of catholic leadership of some sort at that time. Over the centuries they have held many such meetings in determing the course they believe the church should take on doctrine and issues...but I am not catholic so these are not familiar to me for the most part.

My bad. I got the century wrong: it's the beginning of the 5th. Anyway, here's something on this leadership conference. I admit, it's from a Catholic source and therefore subject to a high level of scrutiny, but I think it will hold up. :)
