It's just human....
The problem for the mormons...is they have prophets on record...saying nutty, racist, crazy stuff. And they can't run away from that....But they try, and that's what I don't get. The Truth is staring them in the face...and they turn away.
Actually, Christ was directly asked
28Then they asked him, "What must WE do to do the works God requires?" (John 6:28)
Christ then directly turns the matter around, from what WE do to what God does through us and on our behalf: 29Jesus answered, "The work of GOD is this: to believe in the one he has sent."
Besides, Mormons say that grace doesn't even kick in until "after ALL we can do." (2 Nephi 25:23, Book of Mormon)
What Mormon can say he or she has done "ALL" they can do spiritually, physically, mentally, strength-wise, emotionally, soul-wise, relationally? etc.
Where does he find in the Bible that we are all brothers and sisters. I am a brother to all who have accepted the Jesus Christ of the Bible as Lord and Savior.
The great religious leaders of the world such as Muhammad, Confucius, and the Reformers ... received a portion of God’s light. Moral truths were given to them by God to enlighten whole nations and to bring a higher level of understanding to individuals ... Consistent with these truths, we believe that God has given and will give to all peoples sufficient knowledge to help them on their way to eternal salvation, either in this life or in the life to come ...
(Apocryphal Writings and the Latter-day Saints, ed. C. Wilfred Griggs, p. 29.)

Jesus said to Wilfred Griggs, “I am the Way, the Truth,l and the Life. No man or woman comes to the Father except by ME.”
(The LORD Jesus Christ, John 14:6)
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe that Muhammad was an inspired teacher who taught a portion of God’s word. The Book of Mormon teaches:....

Unfortunatelyt the Moslems believe that Jesus was just a good man, a prophet, and not God, or the Son of God..
The Christian Bible teaches...
But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough. 2 Corinthians 11:3, 4
I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! Galatians 1:6-8
But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2 Peter 2:1
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. Matthew 7:15
For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect—if that were possible. Mark 13:22
Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1
I saw a video of Mormons being trained in the art of Al-Takeyya, the elite, well trained door to door salesmen of Mormonism may not be the best source for truth on Mormonism.
Kid
Greyfoxx is only repeating what a mormon missionary has written...
the author of this piece of how you describe it
(as a Christian I dont use such words)
is a returning mormon missionary (no doubt)
So we will take his word that he speaks truth and plain shall we ???
(You cant have it both ways...
that would be unAmerican and mess up the Constitution)
So are you saying LDS people are lying about LDS people?
LDS Apostle George Q. Cannon stated:
“I believe myself that Mahomed, whom the Christians deride and call a false prophet and stigmatize with a great many epithets — I believe that he was a man raised up by the Almighty, and inspired to a certain extent by Him to effect the reforms which he did in his land, and in the nations surrounding. He attacked idolatry, and restored the great and crowning idea that there is but one God. He taught that idea to his people, and reclaimed them from polytheism and from the heathenish practices into which they had fallen. I believe many men were inspired who lived after him and before him, who, nevertheless, did not have the Holy Priesthood, but were led by the Spirit of God to strive for a better condition of affairs and to live a purer and higher life than those by whom they were surrounded were living. But while this was the case, it was the Spirit of God that did it.”[3]
Is there a source for that ???
Either theres a source you can post or not...
A link wont suffice...
It’s a snippet from the GF39’s original post.
I didn’t see anything in there about Christians.
Are we now the invisible majority?

Well according to the mormons they have a lot do with them
“Similarities can be found between the “Five Pillars of Islam” and LDS beliefs” (David Stewart Curmorah .com a mormon site)
However Christianity is not similiar to Islam
as mormonism is not similiar to Christianity...
