Some of us have fought this to a degree you will never comprehend in this life. (See for instance this thread for the lengths to which the Lavender mafia in this diocese has gone to attack some of us personally.)
When you attack those of us who have been deep in the trenches in this battle, you are indeed further victimizing the victims. You'll never agree with that or accept it, but it is the truth nonetheless.
I should have qualified that as to MOST Catholics.
To the best of my knowledge and recollection, you are the ONLY Catholic I’ve seen speak out against this situation and acknowledge it’s seriousness and the way it was handled.
It’s very reassuring to know that there are Catholics who are fighting for what is right in their own church.

I criticize error, superstitions, pagan rituals, idolatry and departure from God's word.

It's the same "logic" homosexuals use when they insist they suffer "discrimination" just like the Jews in WWII or blacks in 1920's Alabama.
You demean the true crime by excusing it, deflecting it, demoting it, and all around ignoring it.
Good for you if you are working against the homosexual agenda. Start with your own church which has become a breeding ground for a variety of aberrant behavior.
I’m weary to the bone of the hyperbole on both sides of this issue.
It’s a mess. It’s a dreadful sinful mess.
It’s full of sin and duplicity at every level.
God alone can clean individuals up and God alone can clean “Christian” organizations up.
He does tend to require our cooperation in both.
The rationalizations and organizational self-justifications, hedging, white-washing, shucking and jiving are at least as bad as the buggering.
However, Proddys need to be extremely careful in pointing fingers. Even judging rightly out of a bad-faith heart has dreadful consequences.
God will deal with it already yet.
