Bureaucracies EXIST to breed confusion . . . particularly
RELGIOUS magicsterical ones founded by political self-righteous power-mongers.
They exalt in the convoluted hoops they force the people to jump through—at least that they try to force the sheeple’s minds to jump through.
That way the people give up more easily and more quickly and just submissively grovel kowtow before THE LOFTY ONES and carry out the sacred rituals of kissing toes and slobbering over rings.
How can a person see clearly through the deepest fog of confusion/ they can’t and that’s what the bureacrats depend on. keep them busy with works, and outward acts of feel-good tradition, and hope they don’t get into God’s Word. It’s a system built and sustained on confusion.
