So Catholics can’t go to a Yoga class? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I’ll have to tell my wife that one (she goes to Yoga 3 times a week)

I’ve known one fairly saintly Christian from India who did only the exercises of a morning.
Perhaps he had no spiritual risk involved in his doing so. He did have a wonderful relationship with Jesus.
Personally, I’ve seen enough horror stories spiritually and psychologically from dabbling in yoga, I want to steer far away from it. I’m not interested in seeing how close I can safely come to evil, deception, bondage.
