If the rapture happens as many expect, it's been suggested that the explanation for the disappearances is going to be blamed on ETs.
If that's the case, it's likely that the way the one world government is going to be established is by uniting mankind against the *threat* the ETs are going to pose. The rationale could very well be that mankind needs to unite against this threat and that loyalty to humanity will be displayed by taking a tattoo or mark on your hand or forehead as a visible sign, maybe even of your humanity, if the ETs are suspected of being able to impersonate humans.
The appeal to people to convince them to take the mark might be that the one world government wants only to sell only to certified human beings. *Show your loyalty to mankind by getting your mark today.*
Of course, much of the one world government is going to be FORCED on people. It's not going to be a matter of getting their co-operation. It may start that way, but it will be imposed soon enough.

What I've heard is they are in the same condition when I first saw them back in 1964 - no decay, no nothing. I guess the bodies are still laying there somewhere, maybe near the big craft, but I don't know. The assumption is that when their leader, whoever or whatever that is, decides to get them - well, who knows? Maybe their leader has decided they don't want those humanoids anymore.
WERE GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES WORRIED ABOUT WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF ANY DAMAGE OCCURRED TO THE HUMANOIDS?
Our authorities did not want whoever made and owned the humanoids to come to Earth and find the bodies butchered or anything. We didn't want to offend space travelers! I think everyone thought back then that the leader of wherever the humanoids came from would come and take the bodies back. I don't know why that hasn't happened - at least not yet, as far as I know.”

The people who control money and resources have been in control for a very long time and forced all sorts of atrocities on society's all over the world.
