Geez Oblomov! From all the great spoofs on that site you had to pick the one that actually pulls a heartstring or two (however inadvertently).

That one actually works for me.

Originally the soldier in Kinkade’s patriotic-themed “Heading Home” was just... heading home, but here he’s dead and being welcomed into heaven by J.C.; and if this is heaven no wonder it looks a little goofy.

Now I’m all choked up. Damn you! Damn you to hell! (or whatever kinda limbo was being portrayed in that awful movie with Robin Williams being dead and trying to save his suicided wife from purgatory: “What Dreams May Come”—which seemed to be strongly influenced by his stuff as to backdrop animation).

KINKADE's HEADING HOME IS ONE OF HIS TOP SELLERS. IT SOLD A LOT BETWEEN 2002 and 2005. The sale of this one alone made him a very rich man.

Kinkade's paintings have sold extremely well IN HIS LIFETIME ( as Opposed to Van Gogh who sold almost nothing in his life time ). Wonder how much Kinkades' works will be worth after he dies...

HEADING HOME
