Dear Friend, Everything written (with the exception of something like the ten commandments)starts with tradition before it gets written.
No one is saying that this did not happen.
But, to insist upon unwritten Apostolic Tradition that are Binding on all Christians would imply that we SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY ARE to actually believe them????
from post 357 Sacred Apostolic Tradition, Gods Word entrusted to the Apostles by God that is NOT EXPLICITLY in Scriptures.
What are the Sacred Apostolic Traditions NOT EXPLICITYLY in Scripture?

The Trinity is NOT EXPLICATE in Scripture
You’re kidding yourself if you think the Council Of Nicea was not necessary to make this teaching concrete and dogmatic to shut the door on heretics to protect the flock
Another example is Infant Baptism that is NOT Explicate in Scripture. We know it was part of Apostolic Tradition because the Early Church practiced it a wrote about it
example...
“For He came to save all through means of Himself—all, I say, who through Him are born again to God—infants, and children, and boys, and youths, and old men.” Irenaeus, Against Heresies, 2,22:4 (A.D. 180).
