“Thank you agian for your labor”
As I have said before, it is not “labor” when corresponding with you; it is enjoyment and a learning experience.
I don’t think Isaiah was insane. He was a prophet who was entrusted with a “word” that had many prophetic layers.
2 Pet.1:21, “For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” (1 Pet. 1:10-12 “Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.”
He was writing for his times but look at the times he was in and the rulers he served under. They were just as chaotic as our own time.
Likewise.

Except that Greeks were were open to mystery religions and very little if any proof was required to make fantastic claims. There were also no copyright laws.
Every sect and group (including agnostics and atheists) present their views that characterize God it seems according to how they see things, as an apparent reflection of their own predisposition.
We have created a God it seems in our image, in hopes of making sense of the world. I have no idea if God exists or not, or what God is, but I am pretty certain that the man-made God is a product of man's imagination, superstition, ignorance, or insanity.
