I will be doing a special dinner on the Fourth. There might be ten; there might be fifty. My Coq au Vin is unique in that I use liberal amounts of Sherry in addition to red.

Sniff. I wish I could. But I have already made commitments for that weekend. I’m bartending for the town celebration and it is also a memorial for one of my farm tenants so I have to be there.
We are also running the kids games and I’m helping cater it.
But believe, first chance I can we are there.
