I know you understand where I stand on the side of your mormon beliefs, but I also believe there are true Christians in all religions, some stay there for a time, others move ahead as they grow and understand the things of God more deeply. And still others stay because they like the people no matter what the church is teaching...for them it's enough to just be there among friends. It's this way in all churches and gatherings.
But for others there is an uneasiness, nothing bad just a sense that God might be wanting more from them and He might be jiggling them a bit to consider what that could be.... I might be wrong and forgive me if i am speaking out of turn here, but you strike me as in that place.
Well, nice to see you passing thru like the wind again....maybe you'll rest longer here before you take flight again the next trip around.

Thank you for your thoughtful post. (Finally!) I wanted to comment on your comment (above). That’s what happened to me when I was with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). Yes, I was a Christian missionary with YWAM for about 5 yrs. I became disillusioned and felt something was amiss, something was missing. That “something” was the authority which I found in the LDS Church.
Thanks again. I appreciate your thoughtful approach. I needed that.
