I don't recall the pamphlets exactly nor do I have any as I tossed them. But I will note that the missionaries were very careful to not use the D&C when conducting the discussions.

Only after I was baptised did the rest of the mormon scriptures begin to come into play.

As for the AoF, my opinion is that they're the advertising tool used to sell mormonism as a pious religion that so closely resembles Christianity as to appear to be indistinguishable from it.

How could one argue with the basic tenets promoted within? /s

I found out before, because there was a delay in me being baptized (because I was under 18) and the friend who ‘friendshipped’ me bought me a Quad so I had the full set.

But after I joined and could go to church every week, I found out a whole lot more doctrine.
