We were involved in the starting of a church Tiki Island Chapel in a community on Galveston Bay. We started meeting in the garage of our next door neighbors house. We were sued and forced to stop by a neighbor, for reasons I never understood. The legal reason he used was subdivision restrictions on anything other than a residence. We didn't plan on meeting there forever but only until we had enough money to build a church building.

We moved to the city court room, which was OK but losing in court felt bad. Sometime later the doctor who forced the court action, committed suicide, the reason for that I never found out either.
